Committed to Change is a support group. We are committed to changing our stories, gaining a new perspective on life, and then living that life to the fullest.
Some of the books we have used to help us along the way:
Infinite Possibilities: The Art of Living Your Dreams by Mike Dooley was our book and class.
We studied Debbie Ford's Shadow Work beginning with her movie The Dark Side of the Light Chasers. We continued with some of her other works such as The Shadow Effect. Debbie Ford passed away in 2013, but her message remains alive and transformative.
We also read "E Squared" by Pam Grout in our Committed group and "Life is a Verb" by Patti Digh.
Feel free to join us and to begin any time. Those who are further along in the journey will be there to support the newbies. We are working on changing our thoughts, changing our habits, and changing our health as a result. We will look at various ways in which thoughts and dis-ease manifest as disease in the body. The group is informational as well as collaborative.
